I've been out looking for California Poppies...

...  which has taken me along many different roads...

I went flower hunting this past week to the Antelope Valley Poppy Preserve...  it looks like a "super bloom" is coming...  California Poppies are beginning to make their appearance, along with other spring flowers...

can't wait to see all of the hills and valleys covered with more spring flowers...
